“If you want something you’ve never had, you must be willing to do something you’ve never done.” —Thomas Jefferson

That may not be what you wanted to hear. Maybe you wanteed to hear that it’s going to be effortless or a smooth uphill journey but I want to be real with you – results take work & sacrifice.

But I promise you, it’s worth it!

I’ve been on this journey since I got engaged in 2013. Shortly after my engagement, I decided to take control of my health again. I’ve always been passionate about my nutrition but I never really understood the importance of macronutrients. I worked out a lot and ate “healthy” but I wasn’t seeing any results.

I didn’t realize til I purchased my first at-home program that my nutrition was WAY OFF. I was eating too much fruits and not enough protein. Although I was still eating healthy foods, I was overeating in many areas. Once I got my nutrition in line, I had the opportunity to focus on getting effective workouts done in the short amount of free time I had.

It’s about working smarter, not harder!

After focusing on my own fitness journey and completing my first half marathon (crazy, right?), I was asked to become a lifestyle coach. Since I was recovering from a muscle injury and major digestive issues, I decided it was time for a change. I jumped into coaching while giving my body the much needed love it had been asking for.

After 30 days, my life was forever changed. My back stop siezing and my bloating subsided. Along with results, I’ve created a healthy lifestyle that I can stick to for the rest of my life. It’s not always about results now but long term overall happiness and confidence.

This journey has certainly had it’s ups and downs but for the past two years I’ve been consistently showing up every single week. By making small changes over and over, it has resulted in big changes.

Are you ready to make a small change with me?

I love connecting with other women to help them find balance within themselves: mind, body + soul.

I run lifestyle challenges every month to help people like you get on the right track. These challenges include everything you need to see success – all you need to do is trust the process!

Check out my TOP 3 RESOURCES that have helped me stay on track.

  1. Workouts on-the-go

One way I kick excuses to the curb is because I take my workouts with me everywhere I go! I stream them on my tablet or phone anywhere I go. Whether that’s a beach workout, weekend getaways or heading to a friend’s house – I’m always prepared with an app that streams exclusive workout videos, recipe videos, calendars to track progress, personalized meal plans, and more.

  2. Nutrition

Food has always been a struggle for me. That’s mostly because I LOVE FOOD! When my team came out with a lifestyle nutrition program with no restrictions, I decided to jump on board. Balanced Eating means breaking free from the on-and-off cycle of dieting and learning to eat mindfully and without guilt. There’s no calorie counting or restrictions on certain foods but there are some guidelines. I’ve learned how to be in control of my eating, along with fueling myself with a variety of nutrient sources. This is a true game changer in my journey.

  1. FitFam Accountability

If it wasn’t for my FitFam, I would not show up everyday. Accountability is key in this journey. So many people struggle with motivation but when you have someone to check in with everyday, it makes the world of a difference. We love adding new people to our virtual morning workouts and accountability fitfam!
